For those who have not been tuned in to the television nor have received the news paper....
There are coupons available for the converter boxes that will allow those using the
rabbit ears or antennae not the cable or dish to continue to watch the tube!
One can apply online for the coupon at www.dtv2009.gov
it is an easy process but make sure you print your confirmation sheet
the coupons won't be out until February or March!
There is also a 24 hour hotline 1-888-388-2009 ... this info has been obtained from
the Cleveland Plain Dealer and the website itself...
