Sports fans

When one buys a house.... there are a few repetitive phrases one hears from those older, wiser, and seasoned homeowners... One of these phrases is "it's a lot of work"... and yes it is... although the work right now still seems new and exciting... (for at least the one of us that's not climbing the ladder painting the trim in what seems an endless project...) The weekends go fast and to be honest there's not a lot of hiking, camping, golfing and or fishing (we didn't even get to buy our licenses)going on... much less sports being watched on TV... Who's leading in the points in NASCAR?
Actually I do know and am not pleased....
Sometime we'll be able to resume these as regular activities... right now we've hiked once... back in January or February?? I'm not sure and we've gone to the driving range once... I actually had to twist Mike's arm for that...can you believe it?! Tonight I plan on catching the All Star game.... but THIS weekend.... we'll resume our sports fanatic selves and for a day (weather permitting) we'll be at the Right Guard Open, aka Clash in Cleveland, aka the DEW Tour! We were first timers last year and at he adult tix price of $15... it is such a fan friendly amazing event we highly recommend going!
Unless you have a severe aversion to skateboards and bmx bikes flying though the air...
I do warn that there is no shade at the event... but if you like this kind of thing it's too cool.... here's the link... www.ast.com
I must be off to practice my slang...for the event... all I know is there's plenty of free "swag" (look it up) at this event!
