Nine months ago today... we received the keys to our future. On March 31st we received the keys to our first house... one would think that the whirlwind began here... nah... maybe it was the day where the folks that eventually sold us the house accepted our bid within two hours of Sue getting offered a new job...perhaps that's it... or maybe it was... no, why keep guessing we'll never really know where time went or when it started really flying past us... all we know is it went a little slower last January when we took our first hike of the year...
This, like last year has been a year of transition for us, although in most cases a happier transition, it has had it's ups and downs. This year we've had 2 burials, witnessed a lovely wedding, some new additions to our friends and cousins families in Alexander, Kaylen, and Bryce and lately the passing of someone Sue grew up knowing as "Grandma"... she will be missed as all others before her... our sympathies again to our friends... In decorating our new home we found something fitting for our dining room...
It goes like this..."Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away." We hope in the new year all of you have a many moments that take your breath away...
