Well to fill you all in on the rest of our vacation... we're back... and yes we have been for 1 week and 1/2... what can I say I'm slow to update these days!
Day 3 of our vacation we shopped, we cleaned up things and we packed for days 4,5,6 & 7.. We traveled a bit on the latter days with K & J. To visit M,J & K... so on our 5 hour tour we played the license plate game and if I'm not mistaken over 30 of the 50 states and Ontario... we played Mad Libs... there were some word searches done, reading, and journal writing all before we reached Jungle Jims outside of Cincy. Where we walked 6 acres of international foods and beverages... if you've never been or heard of it check it out on the web! The place had singing life size corn and a Campbells soup can swingin on a swing...There was a map for the store and well a separate on just for the bottled beer section! Then we were back on our way to M,J&Ks... once there we had a lovely time visiting, eating ice cream at Greaters, watching pizza being made/fly through the air, riding the "duck" boat on the Ohio River and thru Cincy, watching the Nathans hot dog eating contest for the first time on the 4th... hitting the driving range... and of course shopping... S bought 2 pairs of very nice socks! Then we hit the road home after church... 1 hour after arriving home S received a call from teh boss that asked her to come in early on Monday... thus the vacation had ended!
