No that does not refer to leaves crunching on the ground! We've come to the conclusion that when owning a house October becomes crunch time! The month when you'd better get all of your prep for winter work done because the days are shorter and the cold is moving in if you live in the north! Right now we've just 2 major chores to get done...
finish getting the roots out of the front lawn to then seed it and get the cars in shape for the season ahead. Luckily we've had help with the lawn that it should be seeded this weekend! Then hopefully we'll get some dry days to finish up the cars!
There are some other fun things going on this weekend if you're so inclined...
The Lake Erie Monsters start their season on saturday at home! And the Covered Bridge fest is this weekend all over Ashtabula... both are highly recommended!
