The Letter

For those that have wondered about the fate of St. Wendelin... here's the latest.
Sue received a letter about a week or so ago from the Vatican. Yes, THE VATICAN.
As Auntie Bobbie would say "no joke". The matter is under recourse by the Vatican currently and a decision should be reached around December 9th. This is extremely rare. The Vatican has issued a number of churches in the area protocol #s in conjunction with these letters. One apparently had to write a letter to the Vatican to receive this response. They were not sent to everyone. There has been a formal petition filed on behalf of St. Wendelin, involving a Canon Lawyer. Thus all is not lost yet.
