107 Years

We celebrated St. Wendelins 107th Anniversary on May 2. The church was packed with over 600+ people young and old... it was SRO! After we were the larges crowd that Windows on the River ever had! Bishop Pilla had mass... with wonderful things to say about St. Wendelin and its people... about coming from a church with very little... that sat between two breweries and now a great church with great people. Rich in their slovak heritage... soon to close... but like those that have passed on before us... this will live on in our hearts... as long as we remember and keep it alive. St Wendelin will stay alive!
