There are many many decisions one has to make in life. Some involve buying clothes, cars, houses, insulation... some involve marriage, kids, family... one of the best decisions we've made was adopting Ollie! What they say on TV and radio is true pets really do add something to our lives. Ollie has truly added some wonder to ours... there seems to be something new with him all of the time... especially trying to figure out what he's tearing around the house chasing window to window about... There is a lot to be said for buying a purebred pet. There is a lot to be said of having a kitten or a puppy. We adopted Ollie when he was 5, a friend said that's just not enough time to have left with him... this is probably true. We waited a long time to get a pet. We made sure the pet was one that suited our lifestyle and that we could give the pet a proper home. Mike wanted to wait until a lot of projects in the house were done... we were going to wait until August that year... then he met Ollie... and didn't want someone else to adopt him. There are a lot of pets in shelters folks... go check it out if you're thinking about a pet...they're truly special. Ours turns 7 today!
