A thought occurred today... someone had asked me recently what time is Christmas Eve... I did not know the answer... someone had asked me WHERE is Christmas Eve... I do not know the answer... these things used to be so automatic for an endless amount of years... now not so much... Sunday liturgy used to be so automatic as well during advent... there was one song that was automatic.... Come come Emanuel it began... I always loved that song and looked forward to it every advent... Truly this time of year brings a tear to ones eye for a number of things... the loss of loved ones at Christmas time... or any time for that matter... and now the loss of a "home" in St Wendelin. These are irreplaceable. But I leave you with this on one cold, cold... winters night...
