Well folks... its obviously been a while since we've been able to post anything!
Here's what we've been up to of late!
We've been... Dashing thru the snow in what is now a smushed up Chevrolet... Over the hills we go driving K&J... Ok you get the jist.
Truthfully... we had a very nice holiday season... getting together with most of our family and friends.
2011 started off like most new years full of thoughts like hmmm what are we going to do this year? Are we making a new years resolution... no not really...
Things were going smooth and then BOOM - quite literally!
On a very sunny warm for winter Sunday morning an the way to K & Js from Church... some young girl spun out and hit us... oh well... no one was hurt! That's the important thing! And it was not our fault!
Y'know how kids have all of their "first" things... well I'm pretty sure this was J's first car accident... so here are my favorite two comments of a 10 year old seeing a smushed car after the accident.
"That's all that's in there is styrofoam?" and "I can see thru your car!"
Yes now we can laugh at the situation... although we will not be seeing the car for a while... it's already been an week and 1/2... We had asked for a mid size rental explaining that we have people to drive around... we never would've imagined getting the "car" that we did... would you care to guess?? We'll tell you the color - Red and that it has a hatchback... go on guess... we'll be expecting your emails! Ta ta for now! Be safe out there... and if you see a bright blue Scion run... RUN!
